The property is just as described in the listing and Jason is a tremendous help with our travel plans. But what makes this place really stand out is the staff on the ground that makes our travel seamless and our stay as relaxing as possible. Our chef, made food to order based on our preferences, bringing in jungle leaves and herbs just to make a traditional Mayan fish dish we talked about the day before. We had fresh seafood daily and is always willing to cook the fish that my kids caught off the dock, even when it’s 30 minutes before dinner time. When my daughter told him she really loves drinking young coconut, they brought in coconuts from the mainland to make sure she gets one every day. The staff was very patient with my children, always willing to unhook fish and providing bait (this is for a child who spends 6 hours plus each day fishing off the dock).
